Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Village doctors in charge of the diagnosis and treatment of childhood illness in Cangyuan and Moyu Countyb.If there are several village doctors who can guarantee participation of baseline survey, training and endline survey, we will chose the local one, then the younger one.
