Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Undergo pelvic surgery in the treatment of patients with gynecological malignant tumor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Thrombophlebitis or pulmonary embolism; 2. Acute deep venous thrombosis; 3. Platelet <100 * 10^9/L, or blood coagulation disorder; 4. Bleeding tendency, within the past six months, intracranial hemorrhage or gastrointestinal bleeding; 5. Congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema, or leg edema; 6. Combined blood system diseases, serious liver and kidney dysfunction, heparin allergic patients: heparin contraindicated, not for the prevention study; 7. Leg severely abnormal conditions (such as dermatitis, gangrene, or the recent acceptance of skin transplant), severe atherosclerosis of lower extremity vascular or other ischemic vascular disease or severe leg deformities.
