40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive diabetic patients undergoing lower extremity angiography and Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded for any of the following reasons: contrast allergy or unable to tolerlate antiplatelet agent (Aspirin), pregnancy or lactation, concomitant severe diseases (including acute complications of diabetes, infectious disease, acute cerebrovascular accidents and acute myocardial infarction), cardiac insufficiency (NYHA IV), clinically relevant respiratory illness,severe liver damage, chronic kidney disease(eGFR <15mL/min/1.73m2) or end-stage renal disease requiring dialysis, Hypovolemia or systolic blood pressure <90 mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure <60 mm Hg, Intravascular administration of contrast medium within the previous 7 days or following 48 hours, using nephrotoxic drugs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, aminoglycosides) recently, mental anomaly without behavioral competence.
