Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18-65 years,be in sound physical conditions without systemic diseases,at least 20 nature teeth left and included at least four molar teeth,subjects can take a 3-week clinic study. Subjects understand test requirements and agree to chew gums

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: orthodontic patient, obvious oral diseases, such as severe periodontic disease, TMJ and so on,severe systemic disease, such as diabetes, rheumatic heart disease and so on, had recently used medications that might interfere with the outcome of the study within 30 days of study initiation, smoker, pregnant woman or lactating moman, had a history of allergic reactions or severe adverse effects following use of chewing gums.
