18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18~70 years old; 2. according to AP diagnostic criteria; 3. duration of <=7 days; 4. disease classification according to the 2012 Atlanta classification standard to MSAP, any of which meet the following 3 conditions: (1) transient organ failure(organ failure of <2 days); (2) local complications: (3) and/or exacerbation of coexistent disease; 5. signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the course of AP > 7 days; 2. pregnant or lactating women; 3. appear difficult to reverse respiratory failure, severe systemic circulatory failure, coma and other endangered symptoms, patients who is expected to died within 24 hours; 4. for various reasons can not be ERCP. all exclude patients must explain the reasons; 5. combined with abdominal compartment syndrome.
