Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 80 years old 2. ischemic stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe strokeincluding disturbance of consciousness, anomia, aphasia, apraxia and agraphia; 2. Intracranial infection and cerebral trauma; 3. heart disease; 4. liver and kidney function damage; 5. hematological system diseases; 6. peptic ulcer; 7. psychiatric disorders; 8. epilepsia; 9. drug allergy.
