18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years of age, gender not limited; 2. ERCP preoperative serum amylase is normal; 3. With one or more of the following risk factors: Developing or attachment into the pancreatic duct; Diagnosis of ERCP; SOD; Difficult intubation; Pancreatic sphincterotomy; Biliary balloon dilatation; PEP history; 4. Willing to comply with the study procedures, signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With serious cardiovascular, renal or liver disease, such as severe pulmonary or renal insufficiency; 2. Pregnant stage and breast - feed stage; 3. Allergic to contrast agent; 4. Allergic to RADIX ET RHIZOMA RHEI; 5. Acute pancreatitis, acute attack of chronic pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic duct dilatation; 6. Have a mental disorder or disease, conscious behavior ability partially or completely restricted, no independent decision ability; 7. Participated in other clinical trials, or had in other clinical trial within 60 days; 8. Refused to sign the informed consent; 9. Researchers think that do not fit the case.
