30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who accepted primary unilateral total hip arthroplasty in our department during the period from November 2012 to June 2013; 2. Aged from 30 to 70 years; 3. Sex is not limited

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Older patient, age more than 70y; 2. FeverT >37 degree C; 3. Dehydrated patients; 4. Taking diuretics; 5. Hypertensive patients; 6. Patients with creatinine clearance rate less than 35mL/min; 7. Patients with signs of acute kidney injury; 8. Allergic to bisphosphonates or any excipients in pharmaceutical ingredients; 9. Patients with hypocalcemia; 10. Patients with hypercalcemia; 11. Fractures in acute phase (in 3 month); 12. Active stage of cancer; 13. other metabolic osteodystrophy in addition to osteoporosis; 14. Patients with delirium or dementia can not obtain informed consent; 15. Patients participating in another clinical trials; 16. Patients who are not suitable for clinical trials for other reasons.
