Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female children aged 6 to 23 months; 2. Living in Huzhu County, Minhe County and Guinan County in Qinghai province.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With major birth defect; 2. Refuse to participate.
