6 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. must have been a resident of the village for more than 12 months; 2. should be aged 6-65 years; 3. should continuously reside in the village for the study period and did not intend migrating out of the village for the study period; 4. willing to provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient of mental, nervous system diseases; 2. Severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other serious diseases; 3. Pregnancy, breast-feeding women.
