Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 1-5 years; 2. HFMD children diagnosed based on HFMD diagnose criteria; 3. HFMD with any of the following Clinical manifestations: (1) temperature above 38.5 degree C; (2) involved the central nervous system: such as listlessness, dysphoria, headache, vomiting, skittishness, anergia; (3) rate of breathe in peace above 30 time/min, rate of heart >140 time/min; (4) children guardian signed informed consent in paper.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as HFMD with severe clinical implication; 2. allergic characterization, espically the children who were allergic to several antibiotics; 3. the children allergic to interferon; 4. Children suffering from congenital heart disease; 5. Children suffering from epilepsy and other central nervous system disorders.
