B:Moderate-intensity labor work for 1h in thermal environment
C:high-intensity labor work for 1h in thermal environment
D:Extremely high-intensity labor work for 1h in thermal environment
E:Orally taking placebo for 7 days then perform high-intensity labor work for 1h in thermal environment on the 8th day
F:Orally taking papaya polyphenoles (1g/d) for 7 days then perform high-intensity labor work for 1h in thermal environment on the 8th day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male soldiers aged 18-25 yrs who serve in hot area; 2. Voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having history of cardiovascular or respiratory disease; 2. Having severe training injury; 3. Getting common cold or diarrhea within last week; 4. Taking anti-oxidize nutrition supplement in last month.
