Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sudents in Grade 3 and 4; 2. No strabismus, amblyopia or any other pathological ocular changes;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Be allergic to cyclopentolate or ocular surficial anesthetics; 2. A history of using other interventional treatments on myopia or administration of drugs that may influence refractive change;
