18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 30 years old; 2. In good health; 3. Should not have used any kind of mouth rinses or undergone any antibiotic therapy for the 6-months period preceding the start of the present experiment; 4. Should not have signs of destructive periodontitis or any other inflammatory conditions of the soft tissues; 5. Should have a plaque free dentition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of carious lesions in upper first and second molars; 2. signs of periodontitis or any other inflammatory conditions of the surrounding soft tissues; 3. poor oral hygiene.
