oily sea fish type A group:lunch meals prepared with type A oily seafish imported from foreign country
oliy sea fish type B group:lunch meals prepared with type B oily seafish imported from foreign country
Chinese oily sea fish group:lunch meals prepared with oily seafish cultured in China

35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, age between 35-70y; 2. With mild hyperlipidemia (serum TG concentration betwen 1.70 - 4.50 mmol/L).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With serious diseases, intake lipid regulation health foods or medicine within 3 months; 2. Patient can't go to pointed venue to take experiment meals
