Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing mitral balve replacement2. ASA I-III3. Voluntary to participate the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any one of conditions as following: severe hypertension, bleeding diasthesis, peptic ulcer disease, bronchial asthma, cerebrovascular accidents, severe congestive heart failure, chronic inflammatory disease (rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus Erythrematosus, Chrohn’s disease, Wegener’s granulomatosis, sarcoidosis, osteoarthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, ulcerative colitis, psoriasis and multiple sclerosis.
