Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Puberty adolescents; 2. Lactation women; 3. Postmenopausal women
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with diseases (except for osteoporosis in postmenopausal women) or conditions (except for bone loss in lactation women) known to affect calcium absorption and metabolism or bone health; 2. People who took nutrients or medicines recently; 3. People with cancer, hepatic or renal insufficiency or mental diseases.
