Interventions

Calcium A:added 900 mg calcium or 900 mg calcium plus 800IU vitamin D
Calcium B:added 900 mg calcium or 900 mg calcium plus vitamin D 800IU per person per day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Chinese women over the age of 60; 2) Living in Beijing in next year; 3) Be able to comply with the requirements of the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Fracture within six months of screening before the survey; 2) Except calcium supplementation, previous osteoporosis treatments for more than one month in the last 12 months; 3) Significant prior neuromuscular disorders that impairs balance including Hemiplegia or Parkinson's disease; 4) Patient with liver or kidney disorder or other endocrinosis; 5) Patient with diabetes,using glucocorticoid; 6) Patient with gastrointestinal surgery or suffered from other diseases of gastrointestinal; 7) Patient with bone disease for more than one month in the last 12 months; 8) Patient with uterine or ovarian surgery.
