Interventions

Enalapril group:Enalapril, 20mg, orally administrated twice daily
Aspirin group:Aspirin,100mg orally administrated once daily
Control group:Aspirin,100mg orally administrated once daily

40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants with high risk of esophageal cancer selected from screening of 4 high prevalence area of Handan, Hebei province; 2. Male and female aged in 40 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contradiction to undergo gastroscopy; 2. Allergy to iodine; 3. Hyperthyroidism; 4. Advanced esophageal cancer; 5. Having other carcinoma; 6. Refusing to join in the research.
