40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Local residents aged elder than 40 year, at least with one risk factor exposure of stroke, score of cerebrovascular hemodynamic below 75 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With history of stroke previously, those who cannot live in local longer than five years.
