4 Years to 11 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 4-11 years old children. Group: according to the World Health Organization caries diagnosis standard and the fourth edition of the basic methods of oral health investigation, the patients were divided into caries free group and caries group (control group and experimental group).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Extended use of antibiotics or hormones; 2) Immunological disease; 3) Developmental defect of teeth or body; 4) Systemic diseases or treating with chemotherapy, radiotherapy; 5) Disease of salivary gland; 6) Anodontia; 7) Children under orthodontic treatment.
