Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with primary lung cancer,identified by histopathological examinations; 2. age between 18 and 70.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with other malignancy besides lung cancer; 2. expected survival time is less than 6 months; 3. identified existence of bone metastases; 4. with controindications of zoledronic acid; 5. patient refusal.
