rhBNP Group :receive 0.005ug/kg/min of rhBNP for 24 hours before CAG or PCI plus 0.9% NaCl with 1.0ml/kg/h for 12h before and for 12h after contrast administration
Control:0.9% NaCl with 1.0ml/kg/h for 12h before and for 12h after contrast administration

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with CKD (15ml/min/1.73m2<=eGFR<=60ml/min /1.73m2) who would receive elective PCI or CAG were enrolled
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: more than 1mm and 20min, elevated cardiac biomarkers-TnT or TnI). The other exclusive criteria including: patients with heart dysfunction; hypersensitivity to CM or BNP; end-stage renal failure on dialysis; a systolic blood pressure <=100 mmHg before study drug infusion; having received CM within 7 days of the study entry; having received an infusion of BNP within 1 month of the study entry; administration of dopamine, N-acetylcysteine, sodium bicarbonate, fenoldopam during the study.
