Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with the coronary heart disease undergoing PCI therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. known bleeding disorders or liver disease; 2. thrombocytopenia; 3. calculated creatinine clearance level <30 mL/min; 4. current warfarin use; 5. use of glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitor, abciximab, or fibrinolytic; 6. allergy to selected drugs or iodinated contrast which could not be premedicate.
