Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and above; 2. At least one anti-arrhythmic drug therapy failed or could not tolerate; 3. preoperative antiarrhythmic drug withdrawal at least five half-life; 4. At least one of the following records are collected: ECG, Hollter etc; 5. There are indications of radiofrequency ablation; 6. able and willing to accept all preoperative, and postoperative follow-up examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. AF secondary to electrolyte imbalance, thyroid disease or other reversible or non-cardiac causes; 2. have received surgical ablation of atrial fibrillation or catheter ablation; 3. imaging results suggest left atrial thrombus; 4. decompensated heart failure, NYHA III-IV grade; 5. anticoagulation therapy contraindications; 6. serious organic disease: rheumatic heart disease, hypertrophic heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease 7. received in the near future cardiac, abdominal and other difficult to tolerate surgery and short-term medical radiofrequency ablation; 8. with severe congenital disease or anomaly; 9. Life expectancy is not more than 365 days; 10. active systemic infection or sepsis; 11. A severe respiratory infection; 12. Pregnant or lactating women.
