18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years; 2. pathological diagnosis was adenocarcinoma; 3. stage III according to the UICC2010; 4. blood routine, liver and kidney function was normal; 5. no serious medical complications such as hypertension, diabetes and so on; 6. with no previous history of radiotherapy; 7. no other second primary tumors; 8. The KPS score: 70-100.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. stage I-II or IV according to the UICC2010; 2. blood routine, liver and kidney function was unnormal; 3. serious medical complications such as hypertension, diabetes and so on; 4. history of radiotherapy; 5. other second primary tumors; 6. The KPS score<70.
