Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged 20 to 37 years; 2. diagnosed consistent with the criteria of endometriosis in the text book of Obstetrics and Gynecology for medical undergraduate student. Functional endometrial tissue (glands and stroma) grow soutside of inner layer of uterine cavity or uterine muscular layer. Keypoints of pathologic diagnosis: (1) Glands and/or stroma of endometrium appears out of uterine cavity or muscular layer; (2) Endometrial stromal cells shows more diagnostic value than gland cells; (3) glandular tissue can be found in the ectopic endometrium of ovarian surface; (4) If inner lining epithelial of ovarian endometriocyst were destroyed, sprinkle cubic capsule wall lining epithelium, or a little hemosiderin cells, diagnosis of endometriosis cysts should be made. After the laparoscopy or conventional surgery, completed internal and external genital organs is retained, the cases diagnosed as endometriosis will be enrolled. 3. the cases are scored EFI >=5 after laparoscopy or conventional surgery; 4. Patients have fertility requirements, volunteered for this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Increasing in tumor markers(CEA/AFP) excluding CA125/HE4 before surgery.Patients with other gynecological disease, endocrine disease such as increased PRL, hyperandrogenism,diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal dysfuntion, severe liver and kidney dysfuntion; 2. Patients with hydrosalpinx and salpingectomy during suegery or congential abnormal structure of genital tract.Tumor more than 5cm in diameter or cause uterine cavity line defoemation in patients with myoma or endometrioma; 3. Male effective sperm concentration was not meet the WHO reference range; 4. Borderline or malignant tumor; 5. Any other conditions that should be ruled out in this study.
