Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes patients,without complications; 2. Willing to participate in the study and cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Terminal illness,long-term prognosis of no more than six months; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Drinks more wine and can not be reduced; 4. Drug addicts,mental illness, depression tendencies; 5. Patterns of life or serious disorder severe unhealthy lifestyle and those who do not want to change; 6. Those who are pregnant or nursing.
