Age
12 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 12 to 60 years old; 2. diagnosed as CAVM based on clinical and radiological informations; 3. Endovascular or stereotactic treatment as first therapy; 4. Patient or guardian agrees to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of neurosurgery; 2. Acute hemorrhage stage, supratentorial hematoma>30ml,Subtentorial hematoma>10ml; 3. With a clear history of cerebral ischemic diseases; 4. Hypertension that is not controled; 5. Renal failure; 6. abnormal liver function(with ALT /AST =2 times higher than normal); 7. Lifetime less than 6 months; 8. DSA contraindication such as allergic to iodinated contrast media; 9. Taking Metformin 48 hours before procedure; 10. Femoral artery pulseless; 11. mRS>2 before enrolment; 12. Pregnancy test positive.
