Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 40~80, gender, race is not restricted, voluntary testing; 2. have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetic cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification cataract surgery patients; 3. all cases were confirmed by clinical diagnosis, laboratory examination and diagnosis, preoperative fasting blood glucose <8 mmol/L; 4. without serious cardiovascular and other complications; 5. without history of eye surgery, trauma, glaucoma, uveitis, systemic autoimmune disease etc.; 6. with senile cataract patients as the control group, there were no systemic diabetes and other systemic diseases; 7. subjects, participants read and agree to the contents of informed consent, signed by both parties.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The serious cardiovascular and cerebral vessels, the history of ocular surgery, the history of trauma, glaucoma, uveitis, and systemic immune diseases were excluded.
