16 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male and female aged 16 to 85 years old; (2) histopathological examination of newly diagnosed patients with liver cancer (lesion diameter = 2cm); (3) To be able to take R0 resection to obtain fresh tumor tissue in patients; (4) Subjects volunteered to participate, with good compliance, active treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe uncontrolled acute infection (except hepatitis); (2) patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy, interventional therapy, microwave therapy, cryotherapy and alcohol infusion before surgery; (3) women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (4) HIV, TB infected patients; (5) mental disorders, can not meet the follow-up treatment of patients;
