Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18 years and more; 2) left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) increased: > 55mm (male) or > 50mm (female); 3) left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was less than 50%; 4) To be able to complete follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patient refused to participate in the study or was unable to undertake follow-up visits to the study; 2. one of the following circumstances can not be selected: 1) fever caused by other diseases such as infectious diseases (including acute viral myocarditis), presence of absorption heat disease (such as surgery, bleeding, burns, embolism, thrombosis, malignant tumor, necrotic disease), immunological diseases (connective tissue disease, rheumatism, drug fever), endocrine metabolic disorders (hyperthyroidism, dehydration), reduce heat (absence of sweat glands, skin dermatitis and ichthyosis), thermoregulation dysfunction disease (stroke, drug poisoning, brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage), autonomic dysfunction; 2) other diseases that cause hypothermia: hypothyroidism, shock; 3) other diseases that cause changes in skin blood flow: severe peripheral vascular disease, such as arterial occlusive disease; 4) other diseases that cause sudden death, such as pulmonary embolism, acute myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy, and ion channel disease (long QT syndrome, Brugada syndrome); 5) there have been other serious diseases (such as advanced cancer, combined with other diseases other than cardiac insufficiency, and expected survival of less than 12 months).
