Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are diagnosised of prostate cancer by biopsy, and progressed to castration-resistant prostate cancer patients after treatment; (2) Patients who agreeing to receive standard second-line hormonal therapy without other antineoplastic treatment; (3) Patient who agreeing to undergo second needle biopsies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patient who has serious heart,lung,liver or kidney disease; (2) Patient who refusing to accept second-line hormonal therapy; (3) Patient who failed to regulate second-line hormonal therapy with the orders requirements; (4) In addition to second-line hormonal therapy,patient who undergoing surgery,chemotherapy or radiation therapy; (5) Patient who refusing to undergo second needle biopsies
