18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pathological diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2) Clinical stage T3-4N0M0 or T1-2N2-3M0 (stage III-IV, UICC/AJCC version 7th); 3) Without distant metastases (M0); 4) ECOG 0-2; 5) Aged 18 to 70 years old; 6) Men or non pregnancy, lactation women, 7) WBC > 4 x 10^9/L, neutrophils > 2 x 10^9/L, hemoglobin > 90 g/L, platelets > 100 x 10^9/L; 8) ALT, AST 60 ml/min. 10) Patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) WHO pathological classification for diversification squamous cell carcinomas and basal cell carcinoma; 2) Palliative treatment 3) History of other malignant tumors 4) Pregnancy or lactation women of child-bearing age women who consider the pregnancy test, during treatment in patients with effective contraception); 5) History of radiation therapy 6) Local lymph node of chemotherapy or surgery (except diagnostic procedure); 7) Any serious and may bring risks to test or impact test compliance with diseases, such as unstable heart disease, kidney disease, need treatment of chronic hepatitis, poor blood sugar control of diabetes (> 1.5 x ULN) fasting glucose and emotional illness.
