Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction are based on the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction, established in 2011 by the Chinese society of Cardiology branch of cardiology" Serum markers of myocardial necrosis (mainly increased troponin) and at least one of the following indicators: with clinical symptoms of ischemia; ischemic ECG waveform of the occurrence of new (New ST-T change or left bundle branch block; ECG) the formation of pathological Q wave; the imaging evidence shows local ventricular wall motion loss new or new abnormal myocardial activity; the coronary angiography or autopsy confirmed coronary thrombosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction who did not receive emergency PCI
