Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pathological diagnosis of prostate cancer; 2. castration-level testosterone (<50 ng/dl or 1.73 nmol/l); 3. existence of PSA progression; 4. agree to receive Abiraterone treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: received other therapies during the Abiraterone treatment (castration therapy excluded)
