Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. infants who undergo cardiac opersation under cardiacpulmonray bypass and admitted to pediatric intensive care unit or cardiac care unit after the surgery; 2. get the informed consent of the guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. premature infants; 2. sufferrd asphyxia in neonatal period (Apgar<5) 3. with epilepsy; 4. recieved cardiopulmonary resuscitation before surgery; 5. with spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage and tramutical brain injury; 6. diagnosed with inherited metabolic diseases.
