Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with a diagnosis of COPD, with a post-bronchodilator ratio of FEV1/FVC 40 years; 3. can complete mMRC CAT and CCQ without communication barrier.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with sever cardiac, liver and renal diseases; 2. patients with cognition disorders. 3. patients who refuse to participate;
