Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusive criteria 1. Aged 40 to 79 years old; 2. patients matched with the inclusion criteria of acute myocardial infarction Based on Chinese Diagnosis and treatment guidelines of ST elevation myocardial infarction enacted in 2015 and non ST-elevation acute coronary syndromes (NTSE ACS) in 2012, meet the following two diagnosed acute myocardial infarction. (1) electrocardiogramcharacteristic changes is new pathological Q waves or ST segment elevation or ST-segment–T wave (ST–T) changes or new left bundle branch block; (2) Cardiac biomarker elevation:the MB fraction of creatine kinase (CK-MB) or Cardiac troponin I and T are increased; 3. patients matched with the inclusion criteria of Diabetes; Based on Chinese Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Guide and ADA diabetes medicine diagnosis and treatment standard Published in 2010Meet one of the following diagnostic criteria diagnosed Diabetes: (1) Glycosylated hemoglobin HBA1c greater than or equal to 6.5%; (2) Fasting Plasma Glucose greater than or equal to 7.0 mmol/L; (3) 2 hours after 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) greater than or equal to 11.1 mmol/L; (4) The Random Plasma Glucose of Typical symptoms of diabetes or diabetes high-risk groups greater than or equal to 11.1mmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with one of the following diseases: COPD, severe valvular disease, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, acute and chronic pulmonary embolism or other reasons result in pulmonary artery hypertension WPW acute myocarditis,rheumatic heart disease; 2. AMI caused by acute coronary flow interruption because of shock, thrombus falling down, PCI correlation, CABG correlation, stent thrombosis or other diseases; 3. Patients with severe endocrine diseaselike hyperthyrodism; 4. Patients with malignant neoplasm; 5. Patients with severe anemia (hemoglobin=90g/dl); 6. Patients with severe hepatic insufficiency(ALT>2ULN); 7. Patients with ssevere renal inadequacy(Cr>265mmol/L); 8. Patients with mental disease; 9. Pregnant or lactation women; 10. Patients with history of intake of other study withtin 2 months.
