Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients had to be >18 years old and elder presenting symptoms and signs of short breath. All participants signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they were suffering from a severe infection, severe liver dysfunction, malignant carcinoma, multiple organ dysfunction,uremia and acute myocardium infarction. And if patients suffer from cognitive dysfunction,dementia, mental illness and refuse to sign informed consent and be followed up, they would be excluded.
