18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) suspected or documented infection; 2) organ dysfunction caused by infection (SOFA=2); 3) hypotension that are not responsive to fluid bolus; 4) requirement of vasopressors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aged younger than 18, chronic hepatic or renal insufficiency, neoplasia receiving chemo or radiotherapy, and immunodeficiency.
