18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and elder; 2. Patient with histologically/cytologically confirmed PCNSL; 3. Relapsed or refractory PCNSL demonstrated by cranial MRI; 4. Maximum one prior systemic therapy regimen; 5. Karnofsky Performance Score (KPS) = 70%; 6. Adequate haematological, liver and renal function; 7. To be able and willing to swallow and retain oral medication; 8. Willing and be able to sign the informed consent and to comply with the protocol for the duration of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Relapsed outside CNS; 2. Accepted WBRT prior to enter into the trial.
