Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 5 to 18 years, meeting the criterion of epilepsy; 2. Written informed consent for subject(legal guardian).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergies to Contrast agents or tracers; 2. Having received any experimental drugs or protocols in half a year before entering the group , that is, having participated in another experiment; 3. Current or past use of addictive drugs, such as analgesics and antipsychotic; 4. Subjects receivied major surgery within 1 year before entering the group, or not yet fully recovered from the effects of major surgery; 5. Claustrophobic patients; 6. Unwilling and unable to follow the program during the study period; 7. Current or past mood disorder, anxiety disorder, psychotic disorder, or mental retardation based on DSM-IV criteria.
