Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with untreated histologically confirmed ENKTL were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Central nervous system involvement 2.primary cutaneous T/natural killer-cell lymphomas, 3.Patients who had a previous malignancy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy , pregnancy or lactating, diabetes with fasting blood glucose level greater than 150 mg/dL were excluded from this study.
