Mass Drug Treatement with Artemisinin-Piperaquine:Mass Drug Treatement with Artemisinin-Piperaquine, and three (3) mass drug administrations with Artequick during 3 months, 1 MDA per month

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 6 to 59 months included; 2. parasitemia between 2000-200000/ul; 3. axillary temperature=37.5 degree C or history of fiever during the last 24 hours; 4. capacity to take the drug by oral administration; 5. possibility and willingness to respect the protocol during the duration of the study and respect the calendar of consultations; 6. clear consent of the patient, the father or the mother, or the tutor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe malnutrition; 2. febrile state due to diseases other than malaria (for example measles, accute infection of respiratory tracts, severe diarrheal disease with dehydratation) or other known underlying chronic or severe diseases (for example cardiac, renal or hepatic diseases, HIV/Aids); 3. taking drugs on a regular basis risking to interfere with the pharmacokinetics of the antimalarial drug; 4. history of hypersensibility to one of or two of the components tested or used as alternative treatment, or contraindication to these drugs.
