Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ALT levels are normal (=1×ULN); 2. HBsAg positive; 3. HBeAg negative patients, HBV DNA less than 200000IU/ml (equivalent to 106 copies/ml); 4. Liver stiffness values LSM = 7.4 kPa; 5. patients signed an informed consent, and better compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Used enzyme reducing drug within the past one month, or participate in other drug test within 30 day; 2. ALT> 2 ULN, or HBV DNA=200000IU/ml (equivalent to 106 copies/ml); 3. Used nucleoside analogues, interferons, immunomodulatory agents and anti-liver fibrosis drug within 24 weeks; 4. accompanied by uncontrollable heart, kidney, lung, endocrine, blood, metabolic and gastrointestinal tract in patients with severe primary disease; 5. allergic or have an allergy to lidocaine in patients; 6. severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure> 24KPa); 7. Merge the mentally ill; 8. The children, the sick and the elderly who can not cooperate; 9. The right side of empyema, subphrenic abscess, pleural effusion, or other organs in patients with acute disease, local infection at the puncture; 10. Researchers believe should not be enrolled in this study.
