45 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. T score(-1.01 or lower)at the lumbar spine or femoral neck,or with significant clinical risk factors; 2. after the menopause more than one year; 3. Between the ages of 45-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. T score(-2.51 or lower),or with significant clinical risk factors; 2. Patients with chronic diseases can be secondary osteoporosis; 3. Patients with surgical removal of ovaries; 4. therapy with hormone, calcitonin or other drugs affecting bone metabolism; 5. patients with cardiovascular disease or kidney failure.
