Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who admit to the ICU during the study period, less than 24 hours from onset time
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients' age <18 years; with acute coronary syndrome, acute decompensated heart failure (hf), acute cardiac arrhythmia, myocarditis, pericarditis, with acute cerebrovascular disease (acute cerebral infarction, cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage), epilepsy, acute ischemia anoxic encephalopathy; with acute/chronic renal failure without blood purification treatment; with acute pulmonary embolism and pregnant women are all excluded. Those who don't meet the research requirement and refuse to hemodynamic monitoring also are excluded.
