18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patiens with AKI meeting the criterions of KDIGO guideline when admited to ICU or during ICU period; (2) Patients with AKI risk factors (severe sepsis, circulatory shock, burns, trauma, nephrotoxic drugs,radiocontrast agents),but without AKI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Younger than age 18; (2) Estimated ICU length of stay is equal to or less than 24 hours; (3) Pregnant; (4) Have received immunosuppressive therapy or hormone therapy in 2 weeks; (5) Any factors that may affect RI values measurement,eg.suspicious or confirmed obstructed kidney failure, arrhythmia, renal artery stenosis; (6) Chronic kidney dysfunction(baseline creatinine clearance<30ml/min/m2); (7) Intra-abdominal hypertension; (8) Had diuretic therapy for long-term or within 4 hours before sampling.
