Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing pPCI and fulfilling all of the following criteria were included in the study: (1) chest pain at the time of coronary angiography; (2) new ST elevations of >=2 mm on >1 chest lead or new ST elevations of >=1 mm on >1 limb lead within 20 minutes of coronary angiography; (3) coronary anatomy suit-able for thrombectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) renal insufficiency with serum creatinine > 20 mg/L; (2) pregnant/lactating women, or the women receive hormone replacement therapy in premenopausal or postmenopausal; (3) patients have a history of abusing alcohol or other drugs in the past two years, active hepatitis, cirrhosis; (4) endocrine abnormalities without thearapy (diabetic ketoacidosis, thyroid disease, etc.); (5) The body's inflammatory disease, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ulcerative bowel disease, systemic lupus erythematosus (sle), etc.), myositis/myopathy, cancer; (6) Dilated cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, persistent atrial fibrillation; (7) patients recently injured;(8)Other researchers don't agree to join this study.
